- Close cooperation and research projects with the University of Heidelberg Institute of Occupational and Organisational Psychology, Prof. Dr. Karlheinz Sonntag
- Training as a group analyst and membership of the psychodynamic Heidelberg Institute of Group Analysis (DAGG, GAS, EGATIN)
- Training as a systemic consultant as well as regular training with Prof. Dr. Fritz Simon and Gunthard Weber
- Training with Dr. Gunther Schmidt at the Milton Erickson Institute in Heidelberg
