Assessing leadership potential
The precisio®-potential diagnosis is a licensed assessment tool that systematically and scientifically records and evaluates the potential of an experienced manager as well as of a high-potential candidate.
Systematics:In the preparation phase, we work with you to establish the diagnostic objectives and parameters. We then implement the necessary conceptual modifications of the procedure.
Recording: Alongside our neutral and experienced chartered occupational psychologists, the special multimodal procedures ensure a high degree of diagnostic accuracy and objectivity in implementation and evaluation.
Evaluation: The diagnostic basis is built on the requirement profile and a specific psychodynamically informed framework model for evaluating developmental potential. The result is a sophisticated report with precise statements and recommendations on all decision and development-related aspects. The report will be presented and explained in a face-to-face meeting.
