We understand „giving direction“ as steering of a development process
Steering means that we work closely with our clients
to develop a clear project plan based on a analysis of
the current situation and the clarification of goals. The
project plan integrates the various measures we aim to
implement in an architecture of change. These
measures might include analysis interviews,
workshops, etc..
Development means that the existing interests and viewpoints of various stakeholders are first identified and then brought together so that a new perspective can emerge: to achieve a viable future landscape and to create an overview of the participants’ current position. This empowers all those involved in the process.
Process means that we continuously compare the
results achieved with the goals identified, using the
knowledge gained in terms of a learning organisation
to drive the change process.
